The Heavy-Duty Accumulating Conveyor (Individual Zone Drive) is a chain driven live roller conveyor designed to handle loads such as pallets, drums, etc. Items are accumulated with “Zero-Back Pressure,” reducing the possibility of collisions that may result in product damage.

Totally enclosed fan cooled. 208/230/460 V (specify voltage). Single output disconnect panel containing motor starter and power leads. CHAIN GUARD - No. 40 roller-to-roller. ACCUMULATION ZONES - 60 in. long. ACCUMULATION MODULE - Located in each zone (Diffuse). UL and CSA approved. BEARINGS - Sealed, pre-lubricated ball bearings. CONVEYING SPEED - Constant 30 FPM. CAPACITY - Maximum load per linear foot of conveyor 1000 lbs. Maximum unit load 3000 lbs per zone.
