The Power & Free Overhead Conveyor is specifically designed to retrieve and add work-in-process material, without interfering with the normal flow of material. It consists of both a power and a free trolley with mechanisms for transferring material from one trolley to the other. Listed below are some of the Power & Free Overhead Conveyor unique features:

Enclosed track design that provides for a lower cross section, with the added features of reduced finger pinch points and a cleaner running conveyor (ideal for painting type applications.)

Because of the construction of the smaller free trolleys, tighter horizontal and vertical radius curves can
be achieved.

Quieter operation that is due to the precision bearings in both the power chain and the free trolleys and the reduction of noise from the pusher dogs when they pass over the accumulated free trolleys.

The track sections are precision jig-welded to tighter tolerances.

Easily assembled bolted end plates. The only welding necessary is when it becomes necessary to cut a section of straight track to a shorter length and weld it to an end plate.

The track sections are modular in design for ease of layout design and assembly.
