who we are
Keith Mountain
Founder and President
After completing four years of military service in the U.S. Navy, Keith Mountain attended college at the University of Pittsburgh and Penn State University. After completing college he worked in marketing and sales before starting his own conveyor business. In 1983 he fulfilled his vision for the future and founded American Conveyor Group, Inc. Keith continues to provide leadership to both management and sales personnel as he contributes the necessary resources to grow the company.
Bill Chalfin
V.P. Sales and Marketing
Bill has over 30 years of executive business
experience in the manufacturing environment and holds a Master Of Business Degree from Notre Dame. His management expertise is instrumental in the company's business development, supplier networking, customer relations and market growth.

Lisa McCormick
V.P. Administration
Lisa earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lambuth University in Jackson, TN in 1989. Immediately after graduation, she joined the
family business and began putting her education to work by learning everything about the "conveyor and material handling" business. Her development as Vice President of Finance and Administration has included everything from the mechanical installation of equipment to managing the finances of the company. Lisa continues to provide strong leadership with the financial activity and development of the company.
Ronnie McCormick
V.P. Operations
After attending college at Southwest Missouri State University, Ronnie spent a combined 15 years working for the railroad, selling insurance and managing a "live stock market." In 1995, he accepted employment with ACG as manager of mechanical installations and equipment sales. His mechanical aptitude and "hands on" business experience provided a strong foundation for acquiring the knowledge and skills needed to advance to the position of Vice President of Operations. In addition to generating direct sales, Ronnie continues to provide expert
technical advice and foster constructive growth as he assumes total responsibility for the company.
